Soluci\u00f3n de impresi\u00f3n de circuitos en L\u00ednea<\/b><\/p>\n

El nuevo G-TITAN de JUKI est\u00e1 equipado con funciones de calidad superior que permiten la soluci\u00f3n de impresi\u00f3n de pantalla JUKI en su camino hacia Industry 4.0 y “Lights-Out-Manufacturing”. La facilidad de uso se proporciona gracias a una nueva interfaz gr\u00e1fica de usuario (Graphical User Interface, GUI), que se maneja a trav\u00e9s de la pantalla t\u00e1ctil. G-TITAN admite tarjetas de circuitos de tama\u00f1os de hasta 510 \u00d7 510 mm y, por lo tanto, satisface sus demandas para el segmento de tama\u00f1o medio. Innovaciones innovadoras como Opti Paste Control – OPC – y Quality Print Control – QPC – representan funciones individuales \u00fatiles para lograr un consumo optimizado de pasta, un mayor nivel de automatizaci\u00f3n y evitar errores de impresi\u00f3n durante el proceso de impresi\u00f3n de pantalla.<\/p>\n

Detecci\u00f3n de di\u00e1metro de hilo de pasta de esta\u00f1o en pantalla<\/b><\/p>\n

Sistema para la detecci\u00f3n de falta de pasta de soldar sobre la pantalla, definida esta en un m\u00ednimo de 15mm, si se detecta valor inferior el sistema para los ciclos de impresi\u00f3n hasta que el nivel vuelve a estar garantizado, en conjunto con sistema de aplicaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tico de pasta de esta\u00f1o garantiza el proceso de impresi\u00f3n sin necesidad de operario.<\/p>\n

Inspecci\u00f3n de aperturas en pantalla<\/b><\/p>\n

Verificaci\u00f3n previa a la impresi\u00f3n de circuitos de aperturas en pantalla para evitar reducci\u00f3n de pads, el sistema controla autom\u00e1ticamente ciclo de limpieza sin necesidad de operario hasta resolver valores aceptados en aperturas de pantalla o eliminaci\u00f3n de posible tap\u00f3n en pantalla.
