Alta productividad<\/b><\/p>\n

El RX-6 de JUKI se especializa en la colocaci\u00f3n de componentes a alta velocidad hasta 52,000 CPH (\u00f3ptimo). Cada m\u00e1quina viene con dos cabezales de colocaci\u00f3n, uno en la parte delantera y otro en la parte trasera. Esto aumenta la versatilidad y la productividad y asegura la colocaci\u00f3n eficaz de los componentes.<\/p>\n

Alta calidad<\/b><\/p>\n

Equipado con un sistema l\u00e1ser y un sistema \u00f3ptico, el RX-6 opera con 2 tecnolog\u00edas de centrado que aseguran una detecci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica ininterrumpida de componentes a alta velocidad. La caracter\u00edstica est\u00e1ndar RX-6 de un monitor de colocaci\u00f3n y otras caracter\u00edsticas como EPV – Verificaci\u00f3n de proceso integrada, CVS – Sistema de verificaci\u00f3n de componentes u OPASS – Colocaci\u00f3n de compensaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de la soldadura Serigraf\u00eda – reconocen posibles fuentes de error, incluso el\u00e9ctricas, de manera r\u00e1pida y confiable .<\/p>\n

Alta flexibilidad<\/b><\/p>\n

La RX-6 de JUKI es la m\u00e1quina ideal para soluciones de l\u00ednea, procesando componentes desde 0402 (01005) hasta 50 \u00d7 50 mm. El cabezal con tres boquillas admite una secci\u00f3n a\u00fan mayor: desde 0402 (01005) hasta conectores de longitudes de 100 \u00d7 100 mm o 50 \u00d7 180 mm. La altura m\u00e1xima del componente que se puede procesar es de 33 mm. Las placas de circuito impreso de hasta 905 \u00d7 590 mm se pueden procesar de forma est\u00e1ndar.
